BP Cement Primer (WT)
BP Cement Primer (WT) is prepared with 100% Acrylic binder and micro fine pigments along with extenders and different additives. It is an air drying low smell primer for masonry providing hard tough film.
Direction For Use
Surface preparation:

Ensure the surface is rubbed properly with Sand Paper No.60/80/100/120 in phases and ensure all dust is removed. Wipe clean with water and make sure the surface is fully dry.

Application:

Apply 1 coat of BP Cement Primer (WT) after diluting properly and straining through a clean cloth. It can be applied by brush or spray. Brushing viscosity should be 40-50 sec at 30°C in Ford Cup B4 and in case of spray application it should be 25-30 sec at 30°C in Ford Cup B4.
BP Exterior Primer
BP Exterior Primer is a specially formulated value for money acrylic primer ideal for places experiencing dry climate and low rain fall. It may be applied on plasters, concrete and other masonry surfaces. The masonry surfaces should be fully cured, dry and free from loose materials.

Remove paint, dirt, loose particles from the surface to be painted using wire mesh. Fill up minor cracks with crack-seal putty. Cracks which are larger than 5mm should to be filled with cement work. Let the surface dry completely. Check moisture content of the substrate. It should be below 12% for superior performance of the primer.
WeatherCoat Exterior Primer
Berger WeatherCoat Exterior Primer is specially formulated premium quality acrylic primer with superior alkali and efflorescence resistance for application on exterior masonry surfaces.
WeatherCoat Exterior Primer may be applied on plasters, concrete and other masonry surfaces. The masonry surfaces should be fully cured, dry and free from loose materials.

Before painting, the surface must be made free of rust, dirt, oil and grease. Remove grease, oil and other contaminants by using Berger Thinner (800/T65/03E).
Scrapping:

Prepare the surface by scrubbing with wire Brush or Sand Paper No.150/180 to ensure the surface is clean and smooth. Wipe out the thinner and make sure the surface is fully dry.
Crack Bridging:
-
Walls: For filling cracks, up to 5mm, use Home Shield Crack Fill Paste. For wider cracks use Home Shield Advance Latex Plus as per product usage guidelines.

Wood: Use Wood keeper Fill-O-Dent to fill the cracks.
Putty Application:

Apply putty with 4-6 hours of drying time.
Primer Application:

Apply 1 or 2 coats of primer as per recommended time interval and dilution.
Top coat:

Apply 2 coats of Luxol PU Enamel with recommended dilution ratio as finish coat.Apply second coat after 24 hours of applying first coat.
Bison - Acrylic Interior Emulsion

For fresh/ new surfaces, ensure the surface is clean and dry and free from all loose particles, chalk, grease, fungus and algae. Sand the surface with Emery Paper No. 80 and wipe clean.

Smoothen the surface by applying thin coats of putty to fill in all the dents. Allow the putty to dry overnight.

Bison Glow - Acrylic Interior Emulsion
Bison Glow acrylic emulsion is an economy emulsion paint which gives soft sheen finish at an affordable price. It is an interior paint with soft sheen finish.

Dilute with potable water as per the recommended dilution ratio. Mix well. Apply the first finishing coat with brush or roller. Allow it to dry for at least 6-8 hours or overnight depending on ambient temperature, humidity and surface conditions. Apply the second coat only when the first coat is dry. Do not overthin. Do not apply when ambient temperature is below 10°C or more than 40°C.
For previously painted surfaces:

Silk Glow

For new masonry, it should be allowed to cure completely.

For old painted surface, ensure the surface is free from loose paints, dust, grease, microbial growth etc. by sanding or wire brushing followed by cleaning with water jet.

Cracks, holes, dents, damp areas etc. should be repaired properly before painting. Treat the surface with Biowash solution and wash it next day with potable water and let the surface to dry completely (moisture content <12%) before priming.
Priming:

For best performance apply 2 coats of HS PU Roofkoat by brush or roller. The first coat is to be applied @ 50% dilution and is allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. Second coat is to be applied @ 20-30% dilution. Alternatively can use HS Damp Shield Elasto.
Topcoat:

Apply 2-3 coats of topcoat Weathercoat Long Life 15 by brush or roller @ 40% dilution with 4-6 hours of interval. (Three coats of topcoat is recommended on horizontal surfaces such as parapets, sunshades, or any projected part of the building)
